Eloisa Colors is one of the main characters of Los 23. She's a powerful magic user of the chaos. She is from the non magic side of the family and only interacts briefly with the magic side. Apparently her parents took good care of her during her magical outbursts and she really appreciates them.

Her magic has many effects on her body, mainly involuntary regeneration. Thanks to this she tends to not notice when she's hurt or in danger. This has proven to be a problem as she appears to be very clumsy and easily distracted.

Eloisa has a very dry personality, being very forward and doesn't joke a lot. She seems to be in the autistic spectrum and tends to need direct intructions when being spoken to.

She is implied to be one of the most powerful creatures in Earth #??? and to be one of the only people at the end of the universe.
